Client Overview:

Enigma Streetwear, a vibrant fashion brand known for its edgy designs, was already performing well on TikTok Ads. However, the company was ready to take its advertising game to the next level and achieve unprecedented growth in sales and return on ad spend (ROAS).

Challenge:

Despite achieving a strong ROAS of 14.04 with sales amounting to ₱365,051, Enigma Streetwear felt there was more potential to unlock from their TikTok ads. The challenge was to push beyond this performance ceiling and significantly scale up both their sales and ROAS.

Strategy:

To break through the performance plateau, we implemented a highly strategic overhaul of Enigma Streetwear’s TikTok ad campaigns, focusing on:

1. Advanced Prospecting Tactics: We created multiple prospecting campaigns targeting specific audience segments likely to resonate with Enigma’s streetwear style.
2. Retargeting at Scale: A comprehensive retargeting strategy was introduced to re-engage users who had previously interacted with the brand but hadn’t yet converted.
3. Creative Refresh & Optimization: Fresh, eye-catching ad creatives were developed to align more closely with TikTok’s dynamic user base, focusing on short, engaging videos that could capture attention instantly.
4. Bid and Budget Management: We fine-tuned the bidding strategy and budget allocation to ensure maximum efficiency and scalability across the highest-performing ad sets.

Outstanding Results

The results were nothing short of extraordinary. By optimizing the campaigns, we were able to increase Enigma Streetwear’s ROAS from 14.04 to 16.49 and nearly triple their sales from ₱365,051 to an impressive ₱949,430.
